Sandy Mitchell - 32 years old and works as a graphic designer.

Sandy lives in London and is about to have his first child.

Sandy first began experiencing the symptoms of GORD 8 months ago.

"It feels like terrible heartburn that goes from the middle of my chest to my throat, and now it''s happening nearly every other day."

He also experiences indigestion, and finds that eating too much or too quickly can aggravate his symptoms.

"I'm concerned about the impact this has on my lifestyle, especially since we're having a baby. Sometimes the pain is so bad that I can hardly bend over, and I don't want to be in too much pain to hold my own baby!"
